My name is Hunter Dilly, and I am the owner of 727 Drafting LLC.

I am a passionate architectural draftsman dedicated to bringing visions to life through detailed and innovative designs. I specialize in both residential and commercial projects, translating concepts into precise drawings that meet both aesthetic and functional needs. My journey in architecture began with a love for creativity and a keen eye for detail. I take pride in collaborating closely with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and turning their ideas into reality.

I was born and raised in Luverne, Minnesota. I attended school at Edgerton Christian Elementary and Southwest Christian High School in Edgerton, Minnesota. When it came time to decide on a college major, I knew I wanted to follow in my dad’s footsteps and pursue a degree in architectural engineering. I then went to Southeast Technical Institute to obtain my Architectural Engineering degree. I spent a few years working at a home construction company in Sioux Falls as their primary draftsman before I started working from home as an independent architectural designer. I now have the pleasure of providing my services to a variety of different architects, contractors, and home owners. 

I am married to my middle school sweet heart, Emily. We were married on July 27 of 2019, which is where the name 727 comes from. Emily stays home with our kiddos, owns a wedding coordinating business, and does most of my social media & marketing. We have a three year old daughter and a 1 year old son. When I’m not working, I enjoy fishing, camping, and watching sports. I look forward to getting to know each other more.
